We recently conducted a property inspection and video shoot for the owners of Villa La Mer in St Lucia.
Using our cutting-edge drones, we were able to quickly and efficiently assess the condition of the property and identify any potential issues that needed to be addressed. The team was able to capture high-quality images and video of the exterior, interior, and outdoor spaces of the property, as well as the property’s photovoltaic panels and solar hot water systems.
One of the benefits of using drones for property inspections is the ability to get a bird’s eye view of the property. This allows us to see things that may not be visible from the ground, such as damage or wear and tear on the roof or exterior of the property. It also allows us to get a close-up view of the photovoltaic panels and solar hot water systems, which is crucial for ensuring that these systems are functioning properly.
In addition to the inspection, Drone Service Solutions also created a marketing video for La Mer that showcases the beauty and amenities of the property. The video features stunning aerial footage of the villa and outdoor spaces. This video has been a valuable tool for promoting La Mer and attracting potential guests to the property.
“Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Drone Service Solutions. The team was professional, efficient, and produced high-quality results that have helped us to maintain and improve La Mer. We highly recommend Drone Service Solutions to other property management teams looking to take their inspections or marketing efforts to the next level.”s
